The video showcased her go-to strength exercises, which include shoulder raises, squats, bicep curls, and core workouts. Lopez emphasized the importance of daily wellness and fitness routines. The footage was filmed in the backyard of her and Affleck’s lavish $60 million Beverly Hills home.
