Sharon Stone’s Son Roan Shows off Tattoos by the Pool

Sharon Stone’s son, Roan, took to Instagram over the weekend to show off his tattoos by his mother’s stunning pool and backyard. The 23-year-old shared a photo with a caption that read, “Let your actions today reflect the kindness and compassion you wish to see in the world.” Not only does he showcase his tattoos, but he also seems to have a positive and uplifting message for his followers.

Like his famous mother, Roan is following in her footsteps and pursuing a career in acting. In May, Sharon Stone proudly posted a shirtless photo of Roan taking a selfie in his trailer on the set of a new project. She welcomed him into the family business by saying, “ROAN JOSEPH STONE / DAY 1 on set. Welcome to the family biz kid, have fun.” It’s clear that Sharon is supportive of her son’s aspirations and is excited to see him grow in the industry.

Sharon Stone is not only a proud mother to Roan but also to her other adopted sons, Laird and Quinn. She adopted Roan in 2000 with her then-husband Phil Bronstein and adopted Laird and Quinn in 2005 and 2006 respectively after her divorce. Reflecting on her decision to adopt, Sharon expressed how it changed her perspective on the world. She explained, “When you adopt, you realize any child could be your child, any person could be your relative. After that, you never see the world in the same way again.”

Sharon Stone has been open about the challenges she faced in motherhood, especially during a difficult custody battle over Roan with her ex-husband. Despite agreeing on joint custody with Phil at the time of their divorce, the court later granted primary custody to him, leading Sharon to only have visitation rights. She tried to challenge this decision in 2008, hoping to have Roan live with her in Los Angeles, but her request was denied. Sharon has spoken about how the court’s decision affected her, both emotionally and physically.

During an interview on a podcast, Sharon revealed the toll losing custody had on her. She shared how the court brought up her role in the movie Basic Instinct as a reason for her to lose custody of Roan. She expressed her frustration by saying, “I lost custody of my child. When the judge asked my child – my tiny little boy, ‘Do you know your mother makes sex movies?’ Like, this kind of abuse by the system – that I was considered what kind of parent I was because I made that movie.” Sharon also mentioned the health issues she faced as a result of the custody battle, including heart troubles that landed her in the Mayo Clinic.

Sharon Stone’s son Roan is making a name for himself in the acting world, following in his mother’s footsteps. While Sharon has faced challenges in motherhood, she remains supportive of her children and continues to be a strong advocate for them. It is evident that family is a top priority for Sharon, and she will always fight for the well-being of her sons.
