While Disney World’s Animal Kingdom in Orlando, Florida already has its own Pandora – The World of Avatar attraction based on the original 2009 movie, the new Anaheim attraction will be inspired by the upcoming film Avatar: The Way of Water (2022) and future installments.
Imagineer Ali Rubin shared concept art for the upcoming attraction, promising guests an “adventure of a lifetime” as they explore the unique and breathtaking landscapes of Pandora. The attraction will not only showcase the beauty of the planet but also the inherent dangers that come with venturing into this otherworldly realm.
