This unique approach aims to honor the legendary topless dancer, Carol Doda, who played a pivotal role in igniting the sexual revolution of the 1960s.
The “Doda-esque Burlesque” extravaganza will kick off on Friday, March 22, at the NuArt in Los Angeles and The Roxie in San Francisco. The lineup boasts talented performers such as Ashleeta Beauchamp, Vita DeVoid, Lux LaCroix, Frankie Fictitious, Sweetpea, and Sgt. Die Wies. These artists will pay homage to Doda’s impactful legacy through their mesmerizing acts.
