The Pet Nup: A Rom-com in Development

The Pet Nup is an original romantic comedy currently in development by Sony Pictures International Productions and Mucho Mas Media. Directed by Elaine del Valle, the film will star Emeraude Toubia, Gregg Sulkin, Halston Sage, and Jaime Pressly. The storyline follows a recently divorced couple as they navigate their new lives post-divorce. However, the twist comes with the arrangement in their “Pet-Nup,” which forces them to extremes as they battle for custody of their beloved dog, the one thing in their lives that cannot be split in two.

The cast for The Pet Nup includes Emeraude Toubia, known for her roles in With Love and Shadowhunters, playing a lead role in the film. Gregg Sulkin, recognized for his work in the Marvel show Runaways, will also be a part of the cast. Halston Sage, with past credits in Dark Phoenix and Prodigal Son, will bring her talent to the film. Emmy winner Jaime Pressly, known for her work in My Name Is Earl, will also add depth to the ensemble. The film is scripted by Tate Hanyok, known for Sex Appeal, and produced by Javier Chapa for Mucho Mas Media.
